Traveling is an experience that gratifies all the senses, when you travel you breathe in new scents, you see them
wonders previously ignored, the typical melodies of a place can be heard. Think of the voice of the fishermen on the
beach, a day at a market, a walk in a forest.
What we will do today will be an experience that will change you and make you love this town as much as it does
I love.
Modica is a baroque town where it is easy to be enchanted by the spectacular alternation between buildings
majestic and the intricate labyrinth of alleys, and it is precisely wandering through its narrowest and oldest streets that I love
finding women sitting outside the door chatting while a creamy product comes out of their homes
scent of coffee.
In the evening I love touching the stones with which almost all the houses here are built and feeling the collected heat
during the day that slowly unfolds,
I find the little fruit and vegetable shops irresistible, with their wooden boxes overflowing with goods
colorful and fragrant.
A sightseeing tour is a must and so, after having walked among the buildings carved out of the rock of the
mountain on which it stands we descend to the lower and historic part of the city where after a bit of shopping and
a lunch in a typical restaurant in Corso Umberto, we can go and visit our proposal today.
It is a large and bright three-room apartment on the first floor of a two-room house, habitable in excellent condition
condition and with some furnishings already present.
The beautiful built-in kitchen will be the center of your days, after preparing a good breakfast
you can enjoy it here while admiring the park under the house or the hills in the distance.
The large terrace, once equipped, will take up some of your time if you are an expert
botany or it could be the place to relax and read a good book.
The presence of three rooms is suitable if you have a large family or if you are hospitable friends, what is certain is that here
there will be no time to get bored or feel lonely.
The splendid climate of the region will allow you to use terraces and balconies most of the year
you will decide to move here which will be your much desired holiday home.
The storage room and cellar will allow you to store your supplies, while the private garage will
it will guarantee the convenience of returning home by bicycle, motorbike or car and having a safe place to keep them.
